How to find the ID
It is on the certificate itself
Printed on every certificate we issue, in the form HS-YYYY-COURSE-NNNNNN. It is also in the confirmation email and in the LMS under My Certificates.
- Shows the holder, the course, the issue date and the delivery mode
- Marks a certificate expired rather than hiding it
- No personal data beyond what is printed on the certificate
